Photo Collage Maker (Arrange Photos in Layout Templates)

Place 2 to 9 photos into a layout template and save them as one collage. Drag inside any frame to choose which part of the photo shows. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded. If you only need an even row or grid, the Image Merger is simpler.

🔒 Runs in your browser · Your data is never sent to a server

Drag and drop images here, or pick them with the button. Use 2 to 9 photos; you can add more later.

How to use

  1. Drag and drop 2 to 9 photos into the box, or pick them with the button.
  2. Choose a layout under "Template", then set the "Aspect ratio" and "Output size (long side)". Change the order with "↑ Up" and "↓ Down" in the "Photo list".
  3. Drag inside the frames in the preview to position each photo. Adjust "Gap between frames (px)", "Outer margin (px)", "Border width (px)", "Background color", and more.
  4. Choose a "Format" and click "Download collage" to save it.

Notes

  • You can use 2 to 9 photos. The output long side can be 1200, 2000, or 3000 px.
  • Each photo fills its frame and the overflow is cropped. Raise "Zoom" to show a smaller part of the photo.
  • "JPEG" cannot hold transparency, and rounded corners show the "Background color" in the corners.
  • For GIF and animated WebP, only the first frame is used. The orientation stored in smartphone photos (EXIF) is applied automatically.

Glossary

Collage

Several photos combined into a single image. Popular for social posts and photo recaps.

The ratio of an image width to its height. 1:1 is square, 4:3 and 16:9 are landscape, 3:4 and 9:16 are portrait. Pick one that suits where you will post it.

Cropping

Showing only part of an image. Here, the part of a photo that overflows its frame is cropped away.

FAQ

How many photos can I use in a collage?

From 2 to 9. Templates such as row, column, grid, large left, and large top are generated to match the number of photos, so the choices change as you add or remove photos.

How do I change which part of a photo shows in its frame?

Drag inside a frame in the preview and the photo moves. You can also press "Adjust" in the photo list and use the "Zoom", "Horizontal position", and "Vertical position" sliders. Dragging with a finger works on phones too.

What if a photo has a different shape from its frame?

Each photo fills its frame and the overflow is cropped; it is not shrunk to fit with empty bars. If an important part gets cut off, drag the photo to reposition it, or try another template or aspect ratio.

Can I add rounded corners and borders?

Yes, with "Corner radius (px)", "Border width (px)", and "Border color". JPEG cannot hold transparency, so the area outside rounded corners is filled with the background color.

Are my photos sent to a server?

No. Loading, arranging, and exporting all happen inside your browser. Your photos are never uploaded.
